Specialising in premium wedding photography and videography, our clients Marie and Chris from Lifesketch Films approached us with a goal of scaling their business. Like many small business owners, they struggled to find the time to expand their venture and plan for the future.

We began by implementing quarterly management and coaching sessions, focusing on the business. By planning for the future, including forecasting for major changes like developing new income streams and hiring additional staff, they were able to grow beyond their core services and create a business less reliant on them.

Working on their overall financial position and performance revealed the true costs of projects and showed them how much they needed to adjust pricing to realise the value in their work. Through careful budgeting and scenario planning, we not only refined their business structure but also identified and made a plan for their Stafford Super Goal: paying off their home within 10 years.

As a result of our collaboration, Lifesketch Films now has the knowledge and confidence to grow their service offerings and make the business less dependent on them. Profits have grown significantly as they’ve gained the confidence to increase prices. Most importantly, they have built their dream home, made a plan to pay it off and regained some of their hard earned weekends back, spending their time travelling at home and abroad!
